What We Believe

As with any organization, it is our intention to allow you to understand what we believe, why we believe it, and how it impacts what we do. Here is a brief overview of our primary beliefs. Further information can be found by following the links to pages specific to each item.

Statement of Faith:

The statement of faith of the Christian and Missionary Alliance contains 11 points. It defines the primary Biblical doctrines that we hold to and gives scriptural support to each item. It can be stated that we are a Bible believing church that depends on Jesus Christ for our salvation.

Salvation:

We believe that the Bible is true when it states that, "we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23 ). We also believe that, "the wages of sin is death" and we are all bound for eternal separation from God in a literal Hell (Romans 6:23 ). But despite this plight "God so loved the world (you and me) that He gave His one and only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (with God in a literal Heaven)" (John 3:16 ). If you would like more information about how you can experience this gift of God to you please click on the salvation link to read more or contact us.

The C&MA Logo: cma_logo

Our logo is more than just a picture to look at. It defines for us the Four-fold Gospel as given to our founder, A. B. Simpson, and reminds us of the work of Jesus Christ in our lives. We understand that Jesus is our Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King, and that he has commanded us to complete the Great Commission as outlined in scripture.
